HR Officer

Over onze klant

For our client we are looking for an HR Officer a.i. for the period of 6 months 16h (with potential to extend and increase in hours), starting date in September

• Apply relevant HR operations experience, preferably within the higher education sector, to support day-to-day processes and improvements.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and contracts, with a focus on external hiring practices in line with the Dutch DBA Act, ensuring legal compliance and well-structured agreements for external lecturers.
• Coordinate and manage incoming HR-related requests, using strong organizational and communication skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
• Contribute to the optimization of the Workload Module project (Academ/RemaOne), supporting project phases and ensuring alignment with HR objectives.

• Relevant experience in HR operations, ideally within the higher education sector,
• Expertise in HR policy and contract development, particularly in the context of external hiring under the Dutch DBA Act, ensuring compliance and well-structured agreements for external lecturers.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities to manage and coordinate incoming requests, ensuring efficient prioritization and smooth distribution of tasks within the team.
