What You’ll Do- Assemble and install wiring harnesses, including terminal crimping and connector integration.
- Perform soldering on small components and PCBs with precision.
- Work with small mechanical and electrical components, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Conduct inspections and quality control to maintain high manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve assembly processes.
Requirements
What You’ll Need- Proven experience in wiring harness assembly, including terminal crimping.
- Strong skills in soldering small components and PCBs.
- Ability to work with small, high-precision components.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in high-volume production.
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or similar industries is a plus.
