Our client operates in the INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING sector and is recognised as a medium-sized organisation with a strong presence in Enschede. They are focused on delivering operational excellence and maintaining a high standard of employee engagement.

• Provide HR advice and support to management and employees on policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations relevant to the INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING sector.
• Manage employee records and maintain HR systems for accurate data tracking.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Support training and development programmes to enhance employee skills.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of HR-related projects.

Profiel

A successful INTERIM HR OFFICER should have:

• Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within the INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Aanbod
