Wat worden jouw taken?- Answering various customer questions via telephone in Italian.
- Advising clients on different investment products.
- Solving problems and thinking along in various scenarios.
- Keeping track of relevant laws and regulations in the banking sector.
Additionally, you are accurate in your work and enjoy working according to clear guidelines. Because you have a lot of contact with the Italian market, you have mastered this language at a C1 level.
