Operations Coordinator

Throughout the day, you communicate with carriers and the warehouse team to make sure every shipment leaves the facility in Hoofddorp on time. By managing documentation and resolving discrepancies proactively, you ensure a seamless supply chain and high quality standards.

• Manage incoming orders and confirmations via Amazon Vendor Central.
• Track shipments and ensure all delivery windows are met.
• Handle operational discrepancies and resolve short shipments or disputes.
• Coordinate freight bookings and transport schedules using the CARP system.
• Communicate with external logistics partners and carriers daily.
• Create and check essential shipping documents like CMR and packing lists.
• Oversee quality checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Update administrative records to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor operational performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to improve internal logistical processes.

• A relevant educational background at MBO+ or HBO level.
• Previous experience in a logistical or e-commerce environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to switch between tasks quickly.
• Available for full-time work during regular office hours.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in administrative processing.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,300.
