ABOUT THE JOB

This role is as much about shaping the way we design as it is about creating exceptional interfaces. You will champion design systems that make our work faster, more consistent, and easier to implement.

• Design System work
• Design and maintain scalable UI components and patterns within a cross-platform

• Define components, tokens, and usage guidelines that work seamlessly with

• Make smart decisions on when to use, adapt, or extend the system for project-

• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and consistent quality.
• Contribute to onboarding, documentation, and visual standards that help teams apply

• Continuously evolve the system based on stakeholder feedback, accessibility

• Educate teams and clients on the value of system-driven design through

presentations, workshops, and practical guidance.

• Translate strategy, UX, and brand into visually compelling interfaces with attention to

• Design high-quality digital experiences for flagship e-commerce projects, from initial

• Bring fresh ideas and cross-industry inspiration to elevate visual design and system

• Collaborate with UX, brand, and development teams to bring designs to life.

We create digital flagship stores for brands with global ambitions. Our work blends brand

storytelling, e-commerce strategy, and high-craft design to deliver memorable user

Mammut and Foam Museum to create digital products that are both beautiful and high-

performing.

Requirements

• Experience in digital design, within e-commerce or product design.
• A proven track record of creating and managing design systems for large-scale

• Strong skills in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and

• Understanding of development handoff processes and tools.
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain design rationale to clients

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Bonus: experience with builder.io or similar tools that facilitate automated design-to-

development workflows.

• Examples of digital UX/UI work with measurable impact.
• Case studies of design system implementations, showing process, documentation, and
