Production Operator

What are you going to do?
As a Production Operator, you will work in Production department (around 25 team members). You will manage part of the production process on your own, while following rules for safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
Key Responsibilities- Run and check machines during production, following all safety and work rules;
- Take machines apart and put them back together for cleaning or changing products (using SMED method);
- Solve basic technical problems; ask a mechanic or supervisor for help with bigger issues;
- Follow GMP rules (I, II, III) and complete all required training;
- Work with team leaders to keep the process running smoothly;
- Keep clear records and follow all instructions (Standard Operating Procedures);
- Set a good example by working safely and helping to improve how things are done.
- Help produce more than 800 different products;

- Salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month, based on a 40-hour contract;

The Meppel facility in the Netherlands, with around 480 employees, specializes in:
- Tablets (standard, film-coated, bi-layer, sugar-coated);
- Capsules and granules;
- Packaging (blisters, bottles, cartons).
- MBO-level education, preferably with a technical background or Vapro A/B certification;
- Proven ability to work independently in a regulated production environment;
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and GMP guidelines;
- Fluent Dutch;
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude;
- Willingness to work in a 3 shift rotation as required.
