What are you going to do?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with client agreements. You will engage with customers through structured multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social media), managing a high volume of daily interactions.Your focus will be on generating qualified leads, reconciling orders, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Engaging with existing and potential clients through calls, emails, and social media;
- Generating qualified leads and sales opportunities through structured outreach;
- Collaborating with customers and partners to ensure compliance with agreement terms;
- Reviewing and understanding customer licensing positions and commitments;
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and market insights;
- Presenting value-added solutions, including product trials and technical evaluations;
- Accurately submitting and managing orders using internal tools;
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management;
- Delivering a high standard of customer experience while meeting sales targets.
- A salary of €2,850 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract;
- 25 vacation days;

What do we ask?- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or inside sales roles;
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level required);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach;
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume outreach activities;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities;
- Willingness to learn and develop product and industry knowledge;
- Commitment to following compliance and information security policies.
- Experience in technology or IT sales;
- Background in working with sales targets, KPIs, and quotas;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with SMB clients;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems;
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
