What are you going to do?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with client agreements. You will engage with customers through structured multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social media), managing a high volume of daily interactions.

Your focus will be on generating qualified leads, reconciling orders, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

  • Engaging with existing and potential clients through calls, emails, and social media;
  • Generating qualified leads and sales opportunities through structured outreach;
  • Collaborating with customers and partners to ensure compliance with agreement terms;
  • Reviewing and understanding customer licensing positions and commitments;
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and market insights;
  • Presenting value-added solutions, including product trials and technical evaluations;
  • Accurately submitting and managing orders using internal tools;
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management;
  • Delivering a high standard of customer experience while meeting sales targets.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or inside sales roles;
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level required);

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Willingness to learn and develop product and industry knowledge;
  • Commitment to following compliance and information security policies.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in technology or IT sales;
  • Background in working with sales targets, KPIs, and quotas;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working with SMB clients;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems;
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
