Who you are
As an experienced Operator, you have a passion for your work and are ready for your next career step. With your expertise, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and any malfunctions are addressed promptly. You’re skilled at operating the machinery and keeping everything on track.
- You have a few years of relevant work experience and/or have completed the appropriate education;
- You’re looking for a new challenge as an Operator;
- You can work both independently and as part of a team;
- You are fluent in English or Dutch;
- You are available for 5-shift work and weekend shifts.
What will you do ...
In your role as an Operator, you will be responsible for operating the machinery in the factory. You manage the entire process from potato to finished product, such as fries. You make sure the process runs efficiently and fix any issues that arise quickly.You can solve smaller malfunctions on your own, and for larger issues, you know exactly who to reach out to. By performing regular checks, you ensure that the product quality remains at its best.
- You are mindful of safety procedures and follow instructions closely;
- You prioritize hygiene and ensure it’s maintained at all times.
Where will you work
Lamb Weston is one of the largest potato producers in the world. The potatoes are processed into the finest fries, which you can find in stores and fast food chains. Lamb Weston is a growing company with three factories in the Netherlands, located in Bergen op Zoom and two in Kruiningen.This position is open for the Kruiningen location.
