Job Title: Account Manager IIContract: 7 Months, Opportunity for Indefinite Term
Workplace: Hybrid – 3 days in office per week in office in Amsterdam, near Museumplein

Reports to: Director, Partner Sales
We are forming an exciting new team to collaborate with the largest Dutch and international grocery retailers. As a Account Manager II, you will work closely with a senior Account Manager to manage relationships with major international grocery retailers and oversee smaller accounts within this market.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do- Forecasting : Assist the senior account manager in forecasting and managing the P&L for the Dutch market, ensuring delivery to plan.
- Long-Term Growth Plans: Develop and implement long-term growth plans for the Dutch market, ensuring annual delivery against those plans.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with the senior team both internally and externally through relationship building and key meetings (Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Senior Leadership meetings).
- New Distribution Channels: Develop the region through key new distribution channels.
- Strategic Initiatives: Ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives to drive market growth.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For- Experience in a highly commercial environment, preferably in retail and/or gift cards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form new relationships and quickly gain trust.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and presentation skills.
- Credibility and ability to build relationships with senior management across all levels and departments.
- Innovative and positive attitude with problem-solving abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities and influence decisions.
- Multi-lingual: Preferred native languages are Dutch and English, but additional languages would be preferred (Spanish, Italian, French); willingness and ability to travel.
