This Is What You’ll Do- Welcome guests with a smile and ensure a warm reception as the first point of contact.
- Manage and process reservations via phone or email, handle administrative tasks and process invoices.
- Coordinate and optimise daily operations, stepping in where needed.
- Switch seamlessly between departments such as breakfast, housekeeping and the restaurant.
- Operate in key areas while being flexible for assignments at other Bastion Hotels when required.
We use the MEWS reservation system. No experience with MEWS? No problem – we provide extensive training and support.
Who Are You?- Available full‑time and flexible from Monday to Sunday, for both morning (06:00‑15:00) and evening (14:30‑00:00) shifts.
- Completed an MBO level 4 education in Hospitality or have relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Preferably hold a driver’s licence and have access to a car.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Able to switch quickly between tasks, even in high‑pressure situations.
- Ambitious, driven and ready to further develop your leadership skills.
- Gross salary of €2,470.44 per month (based on a 38‑hour workweek).
- Quarterly and yearly performance bonuses.
- Travel expense reimbursement.
- 25 vacation days + 8 % vacation pay in May (based on a 38‑hour workweek).
- Festive December with a Christmas package and a staff party.
- 20 % weekend surcharge for working on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Extra allowance of €500 gross per year (based on a 38‑hour workweek).
- Free training and certifications for Social Hygiene, First Aid and HACCP.
