Product Service Engineer

The primary role of the Service Engineer is to be the main point of contact for internal and external communication regarding technical and application-related issues and questions concerning all Big Truck products, with a specific focus on electrification.

As a Product Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the trucks by:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical service issues efficiently.
• Coordinating with internal teams to implement timely solutions and prevent future issues.
• Providing expert support to dealers and customers in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Assisting with commissioning and construction, ensuring smooth truck deliveries.
• Supporting new technologies during technical development and first production at customer sites.
• Contributing to product development projects to enhance serviceability.
• Delivering technical training to dealers and end customers on product operation.
• Collaborating with the training department to develop instructional materials.

• Completed HBO education in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the forklift industry or a similar product, - agricultural vehicles or automotive industry.
• Some of the work takes place at the end user, for which travel is necessary. Occasionally, travel outside of working hours is required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Proficient in English language.
