The client is a leading European retail company specializing in consumer electronics and household appliances. They operate a network of large-format stores complemented by a growing online platform, serving millions of customers annually.

Functie

• Coordinate and oversee inbound logistics operations for both the Netherlands and Belgian warehouses
• Act as the key link between warehouse operations in NL and BE, ensuring alignment and continuity
• Handle administrative logistics tasks (30-40%) including documentation, order processing, and reporting
• Lead or support project-based work, especially around process improvement and integration planning
• Collaborate with local warehouse managers, team leads, and external logistics providers
• Track and report on KPIs, inventory flow, and inbound performance

Profiel

• Proven experience in warehouse operations (pick, pack, inbound logistics)
• Strong administrative skills and ability to manage daily tasks with precision
• Solid understanding of supply chain coordination, transport planning, and inventory control
• Experience in process improvement initiatives within logistics or warehouse settings
• Strong Excel skills, and working knowledge of SAP

• Start date: ASAP
• Full time assignment (40h per week)
• Contract for 5 months
• On site - 4 days per week
