Experienced Dough Operator – Bakery (3-shift rotation) | Alphen aan den Rijn

You’ll work via Staffice at a well-organized employer with advanced equipment, in a dynamic 3-shift schedule that runs 7 days a week.Your craftsmanship truly makes the difference here.
Responsibilities- Operating and adjusting dough-making machinery
- Weighing and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Monitoring dough texture, temperature and consistency
- Performing in-process quality checks
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Recording production data and reporting deviations
- Cleaning and maintaining your workstation daily
- Working according to HACCP and safety protocols
- Collaborating with your team in a rotating shift schedule
- At least 2 years of experience with industrial dough production
- MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in food, technical or production fields
- Strong knowledge of dough texture and preparation
- Willingness to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), including weekends
- Technically skilled and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Dutch or English
- Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn, or able to commute easily
- Gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,100 depending on experience
- Additional shift allowances on top of your base salary
- Flexible payment: weekly or every 4 weeks
- Travel cost compensation according to collective labour agreement
- Accrual of 8.33% holiday allowance and vacation days
