Functie- The inventory value of finished goods, half parts and materials in Walraven Europe
- Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Master Production Scheduling in Walraven Europe
- Creating a strategic, tactical and operational supply plan
- Leading and developing a team of planners
- Operationalize our new supply chain design from a materials planning perspective
- S&OP leading
- 10 Direct reports throughout Europe
Furthermore, the Head of Supply Chain Planning is actively managing projects within his/her discipline and contributes to building a culture of continuous improvement.
The Head of Supply Chain Planning reports to the Supply Chain Director. He/she manages the Demand & Supply Coordinator and the Inventory Specialist to start with and helps building out the team through the supply chain transformation.
Profiel- Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Technical Business Administration, Logistics Management or similar
- >10 years of professional Supply Chain experience, preferably Integrated SC-planning in an international industrial environment
- Excellent knowledge of overall planning, including operational/tactical supply planning.
- Excellent knowledge of databases, statistics applications, spreadsheets and logistics programs
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics365, forecasting software, preferable Arkieva)
- Excellent knowledge of Management Information Systems
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record building and improving planning teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Structural in approach, works out processes to get things done
- Builds productive relationships, teamplayer
