Interim Product Manager - Leiden

Our client is a large organisation within the Retail sector based in South Holland. They are known for their high-quality products and quick turnaround from production to delivery.

Functie

As an Interim Product Manager you will be expected to :

• Developing and implementing strategic retail market initiatives.
• Analysing market trends and customer behaviour to inform product strategies.
• Taking full responsibility for the product (plan) on a tactical and strategic level, including P&L and margin targets and ability to anticipate figures and results.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Demonstrating ownership for product-related matters and delegating within the teams of product, design and delivery.
• Developing new collections, including briefing and preparing concept tests and follow-up steps.
• Managing budget and resources for product development and marketing.
• Ensuring all product management activities comply with company standards and regulations.
• Reporting on product performance and market trends to senior management.
• S&OP - actively discussing performance and adjusting pacings as needed.
• Reviewing designs for new mood boards/collections.

Profiel

A successful Interim Product Manager should have:

• A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of the Retail industry and market trends.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Duration of 6 months
• Possibility to start latest mid June
• 32 uur per week
