Job Title: Multilingual Account Manager (English & French)Contract: 7 Months, Opportunity for Indefinite Term
Workplace: Hybrid – 3 days in office per week in office in Amsterdam, near Museumplein

Reports to: Director, Partner Sales
We’re building a dynamic new team to partner with the largest Dutch and international grocery retailers. As Account Manager, you’ll work alongside a senior colleague to strengthen relationships with key players in the grocery sector and take ownership of other strategic accounts in this market.
Language requirement: English & French
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting & P&L: Support the senior account manager in forecasting and managing the Dutch market P&L to meet targets.
- Operational Excellence: Handle store uploads, stock management, technical escalations, and fraud cases.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute long-term growth plans for the Dutch market with annual performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships through key meetings and reviews.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and develop new distribution channels to grow regional presence.
- Market & Strategy Execution: Monitor market trends and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Multilingual: English & French speaker with additional languages (Spanish, Italian preferred); open to travel.
- Commercial Experience: Background in highly commercial settings, ideally in retail or gift cards.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for quickly gaining trust and forming new connections.
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in analysis, commercial strategy, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Executive Credibility: Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across departments.
- Proactive & Tech-Savvy: Positive, innovative problem-solver with multitasking abilities; proficient in Excel and experience with Power BI (preferred).
