Customer Service Officer (English)

What are you going to do?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Officer to join the International Customer Care team. In this role, you will focus mainly on order management and customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced and international environment and have your own customer portfolio.As a Customer Services Officer, you make sure that customers receive excellent service and that orders are handled correctly from start to finish.
Your main tasks will be:
- Managing customer orders from order to delivery (order‑to‑cash process);
- Being the main contact for customers in your own portfolio;
- Answering customer questions, mainly by email and sometimes by phone;
- Checking deliveries, handling returns and following a clean desk procedure;
- Working closely with Sales, Logistics and Planning teams;
- Solving customer issues in a professional and friendly way;
- Building long‑term relationships with customers.
No day in this role is the same, providing you with constant excitement and new challenges. You will engage with a diverse range of customers and internal stakeholders, in a fast-paced and highly international business environment.
What do we offer?- Start date as soon as possible;
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office in Nuenen + 3 days at home;
- Start time between 7:30 - 9:00;
- Working schedule: 4 days in week A and 5/4.5 days in week B;
- Salary between €3,500 - €4,300 gross per month (it depends on years of experience);
- 25 paid vacation days;
- 8.33% holiday allowance;

What do we ask?- MBO or HBO level of education, or similar experience;
- Experience in customer service or order management (order‑to‑cash), preferably in an international environment;
- Native or near‑native English level;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience with SAP is preferred, Salesforce is a plus;
- Customer‑focused and solution‑oriented mindset.
