Test Lab Coordinator / Test Facility Support - Tilburg Netherlands

As a Test Laboraty Coordinator, you will be responsible for various activities within our test facility. Shipping and receiving, ordering, storage and parts organization, customer contact. Executing all supportive activities that need to take place for a successful test facility.
This role is in our Test laboratory in Tilburg, Netherlands.
Vos missions- Performing the day-to-day operations of the lab that consist of forklifting, pallet jack use, lifting and moving of material/parts/vehicles as requests arise
- Coordinating with Tesla support teams and outside vendors – Suppliers, outside services, janitorial, EHS, security, etc.Test Parts, Equipment and Vehicle logistics, including shipments, transfers and tracking to/from all Tesla locations, locally and globally
- Coordinating with lab operations management on projects and tasks as needed
- Assisting with creating lab procedures, signage and labels and enforcing these throughout
- Managing lab procurement, creation of Purchase requests, onboarding vendors, invoicing, etc
- Maintaining the lab organization as well as storage and test sample disposition activities and post-test retention
- A minimum of 3 years of workshop/warehouse, industrial facility, test laboratory or other appropriate industry experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement to establish effective working relationships
- Proficient in English both written and verbal communication
- The successful candidate for this position takes pride in their hands-on abilities, organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success
- Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with MS office tools (Outlook/ Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ Project), and Adobe products.
The candidate will need to based in the Netherlands as this is an onsite role.
