GL and Tax specialist

The client is part of a global industrial group with a focus on development and production of high-precision components for applications.

• Preparation of annual accounts of Dutch holding companies;
• Preparing corporate income tax return for fiscal unity (6 B.V.'s in the Netherlands);
• Monthly booking and reporting of two Dutch holding companies for consolidation in Onestream to listed parent company in US;
• Preparation/transfer pricing calculations and local file transfer pricing;
• Reporting tax packages US GAAP, corporate tax accountability in reports and support for foreign sales offices with this reporting;
• Taking minutes of annual meetings in English;
• Consolidates Dutch CBS annual figures;
• Tax compliance, including VAT and Payroll taxes in the Netherlands;
• Maintaining contact with external tax specialist and US tax team;
• Point of contact for tax issues and informing legislative changes (Pillar 2, substance requirements etc).

• Bachelor's degree, specified in Accounting, Finance or MBA.
• Experience in accountancy and tax return practice;
• Experience and knowledge of the Dutch rules and legislation;
• Proficient with English language, the Dutch language is a strong preference.
