IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Authorization Management Officer at Envalior, you will ensure that the right people have the right access to the right resources within SAP landscape. You will actively safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of business-critical data and processes.

The role ensures SAP compliance with internal policies and external regulations by streamlining role, authorization, and security processes. It also works with Corporate Risk Management to resolve Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts and mitigate risks.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

  • Define and maintain the overall strategy, standards, and procedures for SAP Roles & Authorizations across all SAP R/3 systems.
  • Design, harmonize, and document role and authorization concepts within implementation and project teams.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical access designs and implement secure role solutions.
  • Review and optimize processes related to roles, authorizations, and security to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot authorization issues, supporting role testing and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Risk Management and audit teams to review and resolve Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience
  • Professional experience of 5 to 10 years
  • Extensive SAP Authorization Experience: Requires at least 5 years of experience in SAP authorizations administration, including role creation, modification, and maintenance following high security standards.
  • Strong Technical and Analytical Skills: Must be intelligent, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to troubleshoot access and user provisioning issues.
  • Deep Understanding of SAP Role Design: Should be able to work with consultants to refine roles at the object level and apply segregation of duties principles.
  • Professional Communication & Team Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in global teams.
  • Positive Attitude and Motivation: The candidate should be energetic, eager to learn, and capable of motivating others while maintaining a productive and enjoyable work environment.
