About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft IAM Engineer with strong expertise in One Identity Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. This role involves end-to-end IAM solution design, development, and implementation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products
- Work across the full IAM lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and support
- Customize and extend One Identity Manager data model
- Build and maintain connectors and integrations with enterprise systems
- Utilize One Identity APIs for advanced automation and integration
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define IAM strategies
- Ensure solutions align with security best practices and compliance standards
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization
- 8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong expertise in One Identity Manager
- Hands-on experience with:
- Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, Defender, Starling 2FA
- Solid understanding of:
- Authentication, Authorization, Access Control
- Experience with One Identity data model customization
- Strong knowledge of One Identity connectors & APIs
- Programming experience in VB .NET (or similar)
- Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and client engagement experience
