Do you enjoy supporting senior leaders and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you proactive, organized, and confident in managing complex schedules? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

What are you going to do?

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide full-time support to several Managing Directors in a dynamic, international environment. Your main responsibility will be calendar management — coordinating meetings, handling changes, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in executive support who can work independently and quickly adapt to new tools and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings across time zones;
  • Coordinating logistics related to calendar activities (e.g., meeting rooms, virtual links, prep materials);
  • Handling last-minute changes and conflicts with professionalism and speed;
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders;
  • Supporting with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as needed;
  • Learning and using internal tools efficiently with minimal guidance.
What do we offer?
  • A salary between €4,000 and €4,300 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract;
  • Hybrid work model: first month fully onsite, then one week per month in the office;
  • 25 vacation days;
  • 8.33% vacation allowance;
  • Pension plan from day one of employment;
  • Access to the Adecco Academy for professional development;
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.

Where will you work?

You’ll be part of a global organization that delivers consulting and technology services to clients across various industries. The team you’ll support operates in a high-performance, collaborative setting, where precision and discretion are key.

What do we ask?
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role;
  • Fluency in Dutch (preferably native or near-native) and English (minimum C1 level);
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Quick learner, especially with digital scheduling and collaboration tools;
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
