• Mastermind Test Strategies: Design complex test specifications for high-performance computing platforms and user interfaces.
• Lead Reliability: Own the lifecycle of the product—from environmental and safety testing to early-stage prototype integration.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work across disciplines (Mechatronics, Quality, Purchase) to solve hardware challenges and mitigate risks through FMEAs.
• Drive Excellence: Ensure every unit meets the highest standards of safety and norm compliance in a highly regulated R&D environment.

• Technical Expert: A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of R&D experience.
• Quality Focused: You have a "get it right the first time" mindset (Six Sigma or EMC expertise is a huge plus!).
• Proactive Problem Solver: You thrive in Agile/SAFe environments and excel at turning complex requirements into actionable results.
