In the international Customer Care team of FC Professional, we are looking for someone who, with a customer-oriented mindset and strong skills, can provide a flawless customer experience.As a Customer Service Officer with a focus on order management, you play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth coordination of our order-to-cash processes. No day is the same here, which ensures constant challenge and variety in a fast-paced, international environment.
your job consist of managing your own customer portfolio and the order-to-cash flow. Checking deliveries and handling returns. Answering customer questions, primarily via email. Building sustainable relationships with our customers.

Who are you?
You are someone who gets energy from customer contact and solving issues. You have a positive mindset, are motivated and stand your ground! Experience with SAP is a big plus, and Salesforce is a nice to have. You are not a standard call center employee, but someone who has experience with order-to-cash customer service and managing their own customer portfolio.
Practical matters
Your work week varies between 4 and 5 days, or 4.5 days per week. You start your day between 7:30 and 9:00, where 9:00 is the latest start time. You can work from home up to 3 days a week, but it is mandatory to be at the office for at least 2 days.The duration of the assignment is currently 3 months, and there will be more clarity about extension during the process.
