Our client is based in North Brabant is a leading global Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain solutions provider operating across multiple continents. With a vast network of facilities and thousands of employees worldwide, they offer comprehensive services including contract logistics, transportation (air, ocean, and ground), and specialized supply chain management.

Functie

In this role as Contract Manager a.i. you will:

• Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and relationships.
• Lead the process of negotiating, revising, and renewing contracts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and revenue.
• Own P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor costs, invoicing, and margins to ensure profitability.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders for high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with site management on business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with legal and procurement to manage risks.
• Maintain contract documentation and performance records.

Profiel

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in contract management within logistics, warehouse, and production environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, client relationship management, and financial oversight.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably managing teams that include Team Leaders or supervisors.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

• Start date: ASAP
• Contract for 6 months
• Full time assignment
• On site (Hybrid working arrangements may be available later in the assignment).
