IT Service Desk Support Specialist

As an IT Service Desk Support Specialist, you will help employees with their computers, phones, and other IT equipment. You make sure that everything works well so people can do their jobs without problems. You will work closely with other IT colleagues and report to the Senior Director of IT Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Give IT support for setting up user accounts, fixing problems, and maintaining systems;
- Install and update software and antivirus protection;
- Help with both Windows and Mac computers, printers, phones, and video conference equipment;
- Support mobile devices (iOS and Android);
- Manage your tasks and requests using our IT helpdesk system;
- Follow standard procedures and ask for help when needed;
- Build good working relationships with all employees, including management staff.
- Salary of €4,833 gross per month;
- 25 vacation days;

Wat vragen wij?- Around 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role;
- Experience with Windows 11, macOS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Active Directory;
- Knowledge of system imaging, VPN, networking, and hardware;
- Experience using remote support tools (for example, MS Remote Desktop, Zoom);
- Good knowledge of mobile devices (iOS/Android);
- Experience using AI tools (for example, Copilot or Gemini) to solve problems and automate tasks;
- Very good English;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- A service-minded and proactive attitude.
