Supply Chain Stores Ops Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Stores Ops Specialist to join the team. Do you have experience in supply chain and looking for a new challenge? Nike is looking for you!

It is a temporary role for 40 hours a week til the end of May 2026. You will work from the European Headquarters of Nike in Hilversum.

As our Supply Chain Ops Specialist for our Nike Direct Stores you always start with the consumer in mind. You

bring the following:

• Relevant, confirmed and proven experience within Supply Chain management and/or Retail related functions;
• Ability to drive service and make the right decisions with regards to prioritization and critical issues Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement;
• Strong analytical and scenario planning skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence;
• Relationship management and influencing skills to develop excellent working relationships to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class customer service;
• Self-starter/ability to work efficiently both in groups and independently;
• Digital literacy: e.g. MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau.

what will you do ...

You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the Nike Direct

• Obsess Nike Direct Stores Supply Chain KPI’s on a daily basis and execute order management actions to plan and deliver product to the Nike Direct Stores across EMEA;
• Responsible for accurate and timely product flow in collaboration with our Planning, distribution, transportation and stores teams;
• Work in partnership with our partners and stores team and develop excellent working relationships. You’ll deliver customer service excellence through a consumer mindset and reliability while at the same time ensuring our work supports and aligns with
• Represent supply chain operations within the Nike Stores cross-functional team, with the ability to lead and influence your peers, in order to ensure a balanced marketplace, mutual profitable growth and effective mechanics of inventory management. Yo
• Perform KPI root cause analysis and provide your input for the weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates to Supply Chain and Nike Direct Stores leadership Provide subject matter expertise into scenario planning and preparation for execution
• Bring an improvement and innovation mindset to identify and lead small sized initiatives by applying project management tools and skills;
• Change agent for transformational initiatives through hands on contribution, quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement.

where will you work

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
