Quality Assurance Engineer | 'Solve the incident'
Are you a meticulous problem-solver with a knack for getting to the heart of an issue? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our "Solve the Incident" team and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. In this critical position, you'll be the investigative force behind finding the root cause and resolving incidents and issues from our customer sites.
You'll leverage your expertise in a range of problem-solving methodologies (including 8D, IS/IS NOT, and Ishikawa) to uncover the core of every challenge. More than just identifying problems, you'll be instrumental in defining robust containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
For larger, more complex issues, you'll collaborate within a dedicated problem-solving team, working hand-in-hand with our Technology and Supply Chain experts. If you're passionate about quality and thrive on solving real-world challenges, we want you on the team of Vanderlande!
