Our models work with leading luxury houses, publications, and production teams worldwide. The environment is fast-paced, detail-driven, and collaborative, with teams across London, Paris, Milan, New York, and Amsterdam.
This internship is ideal for someone at the beginning of their finance career who wants hands-on experience in a real business environment — not just textbook training.
Tasks
Finance & Bookkeeping- Process and reconcile daily transactions
- Import and match bank statements
- Record sales and purchase invoices (Xero / Sage)
- Manage credit card and expense postings
- Assist with VAT preparation and month-end reports
- Track revenue received from international agencies
- Conduct multi-currency reconciliations
- Maintain organised financial records and support journal entries
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal teams regarding payments
- Maintain client and model financial files
- Support budgeting & financial summaries
- Handle general admin duties to keep operations smooth
- Someone currently studying or recently completed:
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset
- Confident with Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail is essential
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
