who are you
The technicians in the national Decathlon Service Center repair the customers' sport products for rental and second-hand sales. As technician, you not only repair the products, but you also advise shops on technical questions and share your knowledge with colleagues.Eventually you can even play an (inter)national role.
Decathlon is a sports company, so it's important you enjoy being active. They also value team work and responsibility. If you are looking for a job to stay for a longer time, this could be the place for you!- You love to do sports!
- You are curious about repairing all sorts of products.
- You have knowledge on how to fix a bike.
- You have good communication skills, as you will interact with stores and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English. Dutch communication skills is a plus.
- You have a strong team spirit and are ready to help wherever the team needs you the most!
- You have a hands-on mentality; so you know how to tackle issues.
what will you do
All products can break, sometimes because of use, or because of a manufacturing problem, but most of Decathlon's products can be repaired. Decathlon's stores send some repair jobs to the service center, where you take care of them. As technician, you are an expert who can repair products and you know how to carry out sport product repairs.Communication with our stores is also part of your work, because they will sometimes ask for advice and like to stay informed about the state of their repairs.
