Functie- Essential role in maintaining and strengthening the strategic relationship with our largest customer in the Benelux.
- Driving sustainable profitable growth through optimal portfolio management and focus on execution of strategic account plans
- Managing budget and working on strategic future plans for the portfolio
- Cross-functional collaboration and coordination regarding developments in your portfolio, sales forecast, demand planning and marketing activities
- Together with the Customer Group Manager you are responsible for the annual negotiations
- In this role you have 1 direct report.
- Completed HBO/WO education
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in a commercial or account management function, of which at least
- 3 years in an account management role. Experience with the Ahold account is a plus.
- Experience in managing complex customer relationships, strategic planning and lead by example is essential
- Strong communication skills; customer-oriented, informative, persuasive
- Fluent in Dutch and English at a business level (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ambition you have the drive to build your career
- Able to work under (time) pressure, you are flexible to meet deadlines
- Solution-oriented; you are creative in finding a solution.
