Assistant Marketing Manager
Position Overview:

We are looking for you as an Assistant Marketing Manager Trade! Someone who is passionate about developing the brand, growing as a person and executing regional marketing plans across our Trade channels. You will work closely with our sales team and agencies as well as WD-40 Company teams across EIMEA to ensure our brands show up consistently, creatively and effectively.

Location: Eindhoven (based in Venlo for the first 12 months before relocating to Eindhoven). Fluency in Dutch is required.
Responsibilities:
- You'll collaborate with key partners across BBN to make it better than it is today including: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Iceland
- You'll support bringing our Trade channels across BeNeLux to the next level
- You'll support the trade sales team and customers with effective marketing tools
- You'll sustain the delivery of annual and rolling marketing plans
- You'll investigate, plan, execute, and analyse tradeshows across BeNeLux
- You'll actively manage the SKU portfolio and assist new product launches
- You'll manage campaigns, assets and agency partners
- You'll track performance and sharing insights to optimise activity
- You'll ensure brand consistency and compliance across all materials
- You'll lead POS activation, digital, e‑commerce and content execution in a full omni-channel aspect
- You'll live and promote our WD‑40 Company values
Qualifications:
- Confident working with trade and/or wholesale B2B business's
- Previous experience in B2B, shopper, brand, or digital marketing
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight
- Strong communication skills and creative curiosity
- A collaborative and proactive attitude
- Enthusiasm for teamwork
- Fluency in Dutch and English
