About The Role:
Our Netherlands hub, Spryng, is on the lookout for a Business Development Representative Intern to join their Belux (Belgium and Luxemburg) Sales Team. Someone who’s looking to gain hands-on experience in an international company where customers come first, motivated to make a real impact in new business development, not afraid to make mistakes (because that’s how you learn!), tech-savvy or interested in learning the ropes, ready to bring positive energy to our passionate sales team and be part of a team that takes Customer Support & Experience to the next level.

Key Requirements:
- You are a student and enrolled at a university and have a valid work authorisation for the EU
- You are studying a relevant Bachelor's in Sales, Management, Marketing, or related
- You are a fluent in the German language
- You have good English skills, additional languages are a plus (French, Dutch) but not a must
- You are proactive and willing to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Being familiar with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Interns at Spryng are integral team members, not just coffee makers or copy makers.
- Gain hands-on experience in Sales, Support, and Marketing for the Belux (Belgium and Luxemburg) Sales Team.
- Learn about sales and marketing tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, Trello
- Engage with potential customers through calls and emails, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Provide support to DACH customers via chat, telephone, and email.
- Assist in marketing efforts to enhance Spryng's global presence and online visibility.
- Participate actively in meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.
- Learn about Human Resource Management by independently managing intern recruitment.
