Who you are
You love solving puzzles and you're always one step ahead. To thrive as the Customer Service Representative, you bring- A MBO degree thinking level;
- A good command of the English language;
- Proven experience in logistics and/or customer service;
- Skills with MS Office and Warehouse Management System;
- Ambition to go for the best!
What will you do ...
You’re the heartbeat of the operation! As a Customer Service Representative, you manage everything from a simple order to complex logistics challenges. You’ll be working in an organized and structured way to keep the warehouse and the client in perfect sync.
- Being the "voice of the company" for international clients via phone and mail.
- Turning complex orders into smooth deliveries.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to hit those deadlines.
- Analyzing KPIs to keep the service level at an all-time high.
