YOU ROLE
As a highly skilled Lead Architect you spearhead our Advanced Connectivity & Critical Communications initiatives within the Public & Transport Services market sector. This role involves leading the end-to-end solution design and delivery for customer projects, leveraging the latest enabling network technologies such as 5G, MCX, WiFi, and satellite communications.
You responsibilities include:
- Leading the architecture and design of advanced communication solutions tailored to the needs of public and transport services, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure implementations.
- Integration of cutting-edge network technologies (5G, MCX, Edge Computing, IoT, Satellite, Cybersecurity) into comprehensive solutions that address customer requirements and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide expert guidance on how advanced communication technologies can accelerate their digital transformation efforts.
- Driving innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and develop strategies to incorporate these into Capgemini's offerings.
- Working closely with internal teams, including delivery teams and sales, to align solutions with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in all solutions delivered, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience as a dynamic and passionate technical leader in mission-critical communications, inspiring clients and teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Deep understanding of client needs and current communication solutions, providing strategic leadership in transforming and evolving advanced communication systems, including the adoption of associated service platforms (e.g., Edge Computing, IoT).
- Skilled in building trust with clients through the sales lifecycle and early project phases, fostering long-term relationships with senior technical leaders and CxOs.
- Extensive experience with various connectivity solutions (e.g., mobile networks, WiFi, LoraWAN, Satellite) and a strong grasp of end-to-end network architecture, including Mission-Critical Communications (MCX).
