Document Controller

• Maintain the integrity, accessibility, and disposal of documents both digitally and physically.
• Administrate and maintain the document management system ensuring data integrity throughout execution phases.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing documents to meet required standards.
• Manage project-specific tasks including handling project mailboxes and addressing ad-hoc actions within specified timeframes.
• Provide guidance and support on document management tools and processes to project teams and stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Document Controller to join our leading global offshore specialist.

• At least 3 years of experience in Engineering Document Control and Vendor Document Control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent command of English with the ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.

• Adobe Acrobat: Important for managing PDF documents including editing, annotating, and converting files as necessary.
