As an operator, you will contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials in a modern agricultural environment. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll ensure that quality, hygiene, and adherence to protocols are maintained throughout the production process.Your technical skills and structured approach will be key to keeping operations running smoothly while collaborating with a motivated team.
In this department quality, hygiene and working by protocols are key elements! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for:
- collecting the raw material and necessary supplies
- setting up different machines such as process mixerschecking various parameters during the production proces
- setting packaging machines in the cleanroom environment
- checking quality by taking samples for laboratory
- resolving technical problems with the machines
- reporting tasks for administration
You will be working in a 3-shift system.

Functie-eisen
We are looking for a proactive operator with technical expertise and a structured approach to join our dynamic production team.- MBO+ level with experience as a (proces) operator.
- Experience with leading a small team would be a plus.
- Background in food or chemical industry preferred.
- You have your own accommodation and transport.
- You have a good command of the English language.
- Proficient in resolving technical machine issues.
- Experience working with hygiene protocols; cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
