FullStack Software Engineer (Angular & Java)

This person will report directly to their Head of Engineering and be one of the first on board.

• Plan, develop, operate, and own their workation and business travel platform.
• Set up the technical cloud infrastructure, and decide what frameworks and technologies to use.
• Develop software in an agile way with Spring Boot and Java in the backend.
• Build frontends and UIs with Typescript and Angular
• Implement and integrate security best practices, including penetration testing, to ensure robust and secure applications.
• Use AI tools like Co-Pilot, Cursor or Lovable regularly in day to day.
• Work on novel topics and state-of-the-art technologies, learn, and grow at a fast-paced start-up.

• Experienced with Spring Boot and Java.
• Experienced with Angular and Typescript.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles, including experience with penetration testing and integrating security best practices into your development workflow.
• Experienced with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL before.
• Experienced with automated build and deployment processes with git and container solutions like Docker.
• Experienced with DevOps topics like setting up continuous quality control systems for alerting, monitoring, smart logging, and maybe SIEM.
• Fluent in English.
