HR Administrator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our People Team in Amsterdam at StoryTeq with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes, from maintaining employee records to assisting with payroll and onboarding activities while you’re closely collaborating with all different kinds of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and all related HR processes in close collaboration with managers, contributing to a smooth and engaging employee journey.
- Support international hires with relocation and visa application processes, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support with payroll by processing changes in the system and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Assist in organising HR-related events and training sessions
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws and company policies
- Identify and propose improvements to optimise HR processes and systems.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role
- Knowledge of Dutch labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
