Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our EMEA operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers and building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our core values and solution-oriented approach to meet the needs of our clients.
Tasks- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the EMEA region.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the aviation industry.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote company products and brand.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the aviation sector or aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
