Warehouse Specialist

What are you going to do?
As a warehouse specialist, you are a key link in the logistics process. You ensure continuity in the warehouse process so that medical products quickly and accurately reach their destination.
Your tasks include:
- Ensuring continuity of the warehouse process and supporting employees in daily tasks
- Troubleshooting: Solving problems on the work floor and implementing improvements where necessary
- Administrative processing in ERP/WMS and ensuring correct and timely processing of goods/warehouse documents
- Making operational figures available for supervisors/management and reviewing them daily
- Ensuring employee training and registering/following up on it
- Acting according to Stryker's standards and house rules with full attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Salary: An attractive gross monthly salary of €2,870 (excluding shift allowances) based on 40 hours

You work in a dynamic 2-shift system with flexible shifts between 06:00 and 23:00. Since the location is less accessible by public transport, own transport is a must. In the modern company canteen, you can enjoy a nice meal or a coffee break with colleagues.This is a full-time position for 1 year.
