As a Business Analyst, you'll deliver timely and relevant information to support business decisions. You will analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks. Your work will involve supporting store and country business navigation partners and contributing to the financial health of the business.
What else you will do:
- Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardized reporting and securing competence in the organization.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner.
- Support store and country business navigation partners in achieving healthy profits and loss through key performance analysis and evaluation.
- Use the understanding of how information is applied today, to determine the future needs of reporting at unit and country level.
- Be an ambassador for global business information solutions and common tools as well as the production of ad hoc reports when standard solutions are not available.

What else you need:
- 1-3 years’ experience in data analysis, developing metrics and projections based on analysis results.
- Proven track record in delivering under time pressure
- Computer/smart device literate, tech savvy
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way.
- Understanding of the business/operations and its main drivers, major business changes and its consequences, scenario thinking
- Good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context.

- A gross monthly salary based on previous experience and capabilities , within a range of 3250,- and 4200,- euros.
- You will receive an 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.
- A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and amounts to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.
- Travel expenses for public transport are reimbursed 100%. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance up to a maximum of 243 euros per month.
