We are recruiting for a Global Systems Support Team Lead at DHL Group. In this critical role, you will oversee system operations, manage user interactions, and coordinate with regional teams and IBM to enhance system reliability. The successful applicant will play a vital role in ensuring that user and stakeholder requirements are not only met but exceeded.
As the Global Systems Support Team Lead, you will:
Lead and develop a global team, focusing on technical support and continuous skill enhancement.Analyze knowledge gaps within the team and implement training programs to ensure consistent expertise.
Address system-related issues promptly, coordinating with IT teams to resolve any disruptions.
Utilize analytics tools like Freshdesk to monitor performance metrics and ensure SLA compliance.
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team.Manage analytics and reporting on performance metrics, system downtimes, and issue resolution.
Develop and deliver training materials for end users on system functionalities and best practices.
Lead initiatives to standardize best practices across regions, improving consistency in system troubleshooting.
Coordinate root cause analysis for system outages and implement preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in leading global teams and managing system support operations.Strong technical knowledge of systems such as SeLECT, CPPS, and MySupplyChain Track&Trace.
Expertise in using analytics tools to drive performance improvements and monitor system health.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across various regions.
A continuous improvement mindset with experience in identifying knowledge gaps and implementing training initiatives.
