Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise with customer engagement, delivering high-quality photonic packaging solutions. You will play a key role in understanding client requirements, crafting tailored proposals, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.

• Engage with customers to understand technical needs and recommend solutions.
• Translate requirements into detailed quotations, including material and labor estimates.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical presentations and consultations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Sales Manager to align on project goals.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap by translating customer demands into actionable inputs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through online and in-person meetings.

• BSc/MSc in Engineering (Photonics specialization preferred) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Willingness to travel; fluent in English (Dutch proficiency or willingness to learn).
