As a Production Worker / Operator, you play an important role in processing raw materials into ingredients used in food and cosmetic products worldwide.You will work with recipes and ensure that every batch is prepared correctly and consistently.Your tasks
- Weighing and processing raw materials (up to 30 ingredients per batch)
- Following recipes and working with digital weighing systems
- Mixing and preparing products for further production
- Monitoring the process and reporting deviations
- Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized
- Working closely with your team to meet production targets

- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role, 38-40 hours per week in 3 shifts.

- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented candidate with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for quality production processes.- Minimum 3 years of production experience (food, pharma, or process).
- Motivated to work at IFF
- Full-time availability for a 3-shift system.
- Physically fit; comfortable lifting up to 20 kg.
- Independent, dependable, and comfortable working with strong scents.
