who are you
You are an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for brand building and consumer experiences. With a keen interest in marketing and innovation, you are ready to take on challenges and grow in a dynamic environment. Your positive mindset and collaborative spirit make you a natural team player eager to make an impact.
- You hold (or are on track to hold) a university degree (BSc/MSc) in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field by January 2025.
- You have up to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in brand or innovation management.
- You bring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
what will you do ...
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the success of our ice cream brands through innovation, communication, and commercial performance. You’ll work on launching new products, shaping marketing campaigns, and unlocking growth opportunities in a vibrant and evolving market.
- Develop and deliver product innovations and renovations aligned with market needs and brand strategies.
- Drive compelling brand communication across channels to ensure visibility and mental availability.
- Own key aspects of the P&L, working to grow sales, market share, and brand profitability.
