Role

Your experience will help create reliable and efficient electrical systems that meet the requirements of our customers and contribute to the overall success of Skytree’s CO2 capture machines.

• Developing and designing electrical & control (sub)systems for our DAC equipment
• Involvement in product innovation and new product development from an electrical engineering perspective
• Creating detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Conducting thorough analysis and calculations to ensure optimal electrical design and efficiency
• Selecting and evaluating electrical components and subsystems to meet product requirements
• Working on debugging and launching new prototypes of Skytree CO2 capture machines
• Performing electrical simulations and modeling for system validation and optimization
• Preparing necessary documentation, reports, and test plans for certification purposes
• Executing root cause analysis on prototype models, helping with improvements to the design

• You have a Bsc / MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 8+ years proven experience in electrical design engineering, including new product development
• Experience with complex industrial equipment (low volume / high complexity)
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g. IEC)
• Expert knowledge of EPLAN for 2D as well as 3D (Pro Panel) design, incl. Macros, labeling/numbering, cable management, etc.
• Experience with power electronics, LV range and I&C
• Very good calculation and analysis skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to work
• Professional proficiency in English
• Living in The Netherlands or willing to relocate
