Inspection Supervisor

• Manage subcontracted inspection services, including commercial oversight and technical performance* Ensure data accuracy, reporting discipline, and milestone tracking across internal and external teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to approved ways of working* Identify and mitigate risks affecting schedule, compliance, or quality
• Own inspection plans and coordinate internal and third-party resources* Act as Package Manager for field subcontracted services
• Participate in progress meetings and consolidate performance reporting and analytics* Drive continuous improvement through audits, performance monitoring, and lessons learned

I'm recruiting an Inspection Supervisor for a major international engineering project in Rotterdam. You'll join a large, globally active organization delivering complex energy infrastructure projects worldwide. Known for technical excellence, multinational collaboration, they manage high-value projects across global supply chains.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline* Relevant certifications in inspection or quality assurance

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or project management within large-scale energy or infrastructure projects* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and contract management
• Experience managing inspection reporting and progress consolidation* Certifications in inspection techniques such as NDT, NACE, or COMPEX are advantageous
• Proven experience leading distributed international teams* Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent English required (written and spoken) plus local language proficiency
