Are you ready to play an essential role in the production of the Netherlands' most beloved cheese? At Uniekaas in Kaatsheuvel, you’ll be part of a team that ensures our high-quality Gouda cheese is supermarket-ready. With a well-structured 3-shift system, your precision and dedication will directly contribute to delivering the rich flavors our customers love.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling 15 kg cheese blocks, lifting them from racks and placing them onto pallets.
• Using an adjustable workstation and high-tech shaving machine to remove crusts with precision.
• Organizing cleaned cheese blocks on pallets and transporting them to the next production stage using an EPT.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborating with your team to meet production targets and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

• Competitive base salary: €17,23 per hour.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full-time role with 36–40 hours per week.
• Shift allowances: 30% for evenings, 40% for nights.
• Performance bonus: Earn up to €2,00 extra per hour.
• Growth opportunities, including training (e.g., EPT license).
• 8.33% holiday allowance and travel reimbursement.
• Supportive team and approachable supervisors.

• Physically fit: capable of heavy lifting and standing work.
• Available to work in a 3-shift system.
• Own transport and accommodation are required.
• Experience with EPT or willingness to learn.
• VMBO education level, preferably in production.
